When the outer diaphragm is broken, the signal is also transmitted to the other controller through the sensor. (2) The diaphragm detector is to install the sensor in the silencer, when any side of the diaphragm is damaged, the medium flows into the silencer, at this time the sensor can transmit the sensed signal to the controller for relevant control.
