Mayonnaise is a kind of flavoring oil, which is made up of vegetable fat, vinegar, fruit juice, egg yolk, egg white, salt, sugar, vanilla, chemical flavoring, sour flavoring and other raw materials. Refined salad oil is generally used, not hydrogenated oil. The emulsification form is oil-in-water type.
Mayonnaise color light yellow, soft moderate, sticky state, toughness, refreshing fragrance, strong aftertaste. The phospholipid in egg yolk has a strong emulsification, so it can form a stable emulsion. The oil is dispersed in the vinegar in the form of fine particles of 2-4 microns. When eating, the water phase first touches the tongue, so it gives people a smooth and refreshing sour taste first, and then the oil phase can be detected.
With mayonnaise as the basic raw material, can make fried fish, steak and shrimp, eggs, oysters and other cold dishes seasoning. Add tomato juice, green pepper, pickled courgette, onion, etc., to make a dressing for fresh vegetable salad or macaroni salad.

Saiken lobe pumps basically consist of two lobe rotors, which rotate synchronously driven by a pair of synchronous gears in the gearbox. The rotors are driven by the main shaft and sub-shaft to rotate in a synchronous reverse direction, which changes the pump capacity, builds up high vacuum and discharge pressure, thus an efficient pumping is formed. Gap is kept between the rotors and between the pump casing, no friction, long life, no damage, no physical and chemical reaction to the pumped products.
