Jacketed Screw Bitumen pump with heating jacket

LQ3G type three screw pump is suitable for all kinds of non-corrosive oil and similar oil and lubricating liquid. The viscosity range of the conveying liquid is generally 3.0-760mm2/s(1.2-100oE), and the high viscosity medium can be transported by heating and viscosity reduction. Its temperature does not exceed 350℃. The flow range is 0.2-600m3/h, and the high working pressure can reach 6.3mpa.

LQ3G three screw pump be also known as 3GQB or 3QGB is a positive displacement pump,a significant advantage of simple structure, small size, allowing a smooth high-speed, reliable, small pressure pulsation, flow stability, low noise, high efficiency. Is the use of a screw engagement principle rely on rotating screw engaged with each pump kit, the medium is conveyed in closed engagement cavity, a uniform continuous axially along the screw to push the discharge outlet, the system provides a stable pressure.

The pump seal performance is good, adopts the mechanical seal, according to user’s different dielectric, mechanical seal friction choose different material, for high viscosity medium, with high
mechanical strength, good wear resistance of hard alloy material, ensure the sealing performance under high temperature.
