KCB gear oil pump mainly consists of pump body, gear, shaft, bearing, safety valve, front cover, back cover, sealing parts and coupling parts. For pumps with safety valves, when the hydraulic value of the oil discharge pipeline exceeds the pump’s regulations, the safety valve opens to ensure that the pump and prime mover will not be damaged due to excessive pressure. There are three types of shaft end seals: packing seals, mechanical seals, and rubber ring seals. The user can choose a suitable seal structure according to the specific conditions of use. The pump has good self-priming, and the moving parts in the pump are lubricated by the conveyed liquid, so that it is not necessary to add liquid and lubricant when working.
